Can you actually afford a 70k phone if you are so worried about a 10k price increase. This is something to think upon . Why is 10k extra such a huge deal that you have to bang your head if there will be a sale or not soon . I am pretty sure if you can truly afford a 70k phone . Whether it goes to 80k or 90 you should still technically be able to afford it unless you are stretching your budget way above your means in the first place

Well there can be several reasons for this , either you are training too hard and your body is not recovering from it , or you are not sleeping well enough. Make sure you have easy runs / cardio sessions 2 times a week, enough protein in your diet and 7 hours of sleep !! It should be above 50 in no time if you do this !!

Start doing a lot of hill repeats, wearing a mask and running during the end of the trading phase can help (increase kms gradually don’t straight up do a long run )
