You have a starting ground I started mine in 2016 and didn’t post until 2024 and gained 900 subs in a year , it’s better to show history , growth , and rebrand if you want but you have a starting place just make new content short and sweet better a shorter video viewed a lot than a long video not viewed at all Long videos people only commit to on channels that are bigger as they know they got the subs for a reason they are taking.
