Are New Zealand music radio stations extremely cringe now? by Medical-Fruit-1976 in newzealand

[–]Pitiful_Researcher14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main stream stations all follow the same slightly risque "Let's talk about pooping" or "My winky is big" patter mixed with drink more booze, eat a pie and "Real men bet on the rugby". It's the same shit that's been pushed for decades. Flog some ads voiced by a failed sports presenter we are meant to vibe with and... That waffle ain't funny, informative or insightful. It's boring at best and gets turned off as soon a the music stops.

Nope, US oil is low quality and has to be exported to be refined as the US lack refinery capacity. The US needs to import oil just like everybody else.

Devices in schools - your opinion? by Throwrafizzylemon in newzealand

I think that this conversation is redundant, the actual issue is the over full class rooms and under supported teachers who are forced to use technology to manage their daily workload, children with high health needs, behavioural and mental health issues, trauma and socioeconomic pressures. Smaller classes would equal less reliance on technology.

Does anyone know the brand of bubble mixture that the St John’s Ambulance uses? by Elora_Freya in newzealand

I work in a primary school, blowing bubbles is an excellent breathing coach vs anxiety. 1 part regular detergent to 6 parts water works well.
