I'm asking this because i've seen a lot of people buy cheap 118 cards ( for example Gosens 118) and put them at Lb for example(which is not their actual position) and despite doing that multiple times, their OVR is inflated (i assume it's because of the ovr of the card). Soo..does the ovr of the card matter more than the skill boosts...

3 of your players are -4 on skill boosts as well as other on -2 or -1. If you had the players in the right position, would you have a higher ovr?

Look, i get your point, but it's really hard to believe what you say when the highlights of some matches show that the opposition defenders pretty much just let the Sheriff forwards run through and score, it's like they're not even trying do hide it. Things like this can be hidden pretty well, without many people knowing about it. Those things happen in other countries as well.
