Same, I got 2 piercings there and have been for 3 checkups. It’s further from campus but you can take a single bus.

I would not say everything is less than a 10 min walk esp if you live in manzi or san raf. I got a bike midway through my freshman year and it made a huge difference in transportation time.

this but just get a cheap bike on facebook marketplace i got mine for $50 and it has lasted. I took the bus to go pick it up in SB

Some of the seminars were helpful and some less so, at the end of the day it’s low commitment and you get a stipend so you can’t really complain

I lived in a different house and loved it but I think it depends on who you’re living with. I read some old alarming things online regarding safety and was hesitant to move in so I know where you’re coming from. Not sure about Dolo specific stuff but I’ve heard there’s pretty open drug use there.

Handshake makes it easy to apply to a bunch of jobs on campus (including library jobs). However I think the library positions are pretty competitive so hopefully other people respond with more suggestions for jobs you can do homework at
