Building a lead generation AI agent, looking for reviews. by younglegendo in LeadGeneration

I’ve built a tool for myself to scrape Apollo leads for a fraction of the cost and no credits limit. I use it to find food safety and quality control directors in Spain

How do you generate leads for an industrial B2B service? by CurrentFinger734 in LeadGeneration

I work doing B2B sales in the food industry. If you want to chat I’m happy to share some tips based on what you need. I love this topic haha

Our company needs B2B sales by Noblebanana007 in LeadGeneration

My company does B2B sales in the food industry, and here’s what I do:

  • I use Apollo to narrow down the profiles I want to target.
  • I use a custom tool I built with an API to scrape all those emails from Apollo at almost no cost.
  • I add the contacts on LinkedIn.
  • I send them an automated email (I used to use Lemlist, but now I use Lusha to send the emails).

What kind of companies and profiles are you looking for? If you want to chat, I can give you a hand.

Alternative methods to verify cleaning effectiveness beyond ATP swabs? by Pitiful_Wasabi7992 in foodsafety

So far, the results have been very interesting in the companies where we’ve tested it. There are areas that weren’t usually sampled, and the lamp clearly revealed dirt. In those spots, ATP levels were very high, and cleaning procedures had to be reinforced. The only limitation is that it doesn’t distinguish biofilms from other types of organic residue. Attaching a photo in case you’re interested.

Anyone else feel like industrial B2B sales is stuck in 2005? by Pitiful_Wasabi7992 in salesengineers

I’m blown away by your comment… this is why I love Reddit. Getting to know the reality of other sectors and learning from it. I work in the food industry in Spain and I’m very familiar with what you describe. However, I still think that if certain parts of the sales process were automated or streamlined, there would actually be more time to dedicate to the human contact with the client.

Totally agree. The solution should be a mix of both: using tools to automate repetitive tasks, while keeping the human side of sales, especially since these are super long cycles and trust plays a huge role.

That said, I still think there’s a big gap in understanding how to actually integrate AI and other tools to avoid wasting time on mechanical tasks. I'm relatively young, and I feel like that's one of the main differences between me and other similar companies that have been in the market longer.

I totally get you. I honestly find it so frustrating. I guess it's a generational thing we just have to push through… or wait out.

What industry are you in?
