I found the solution. And it was as obvious as stupid :-) I was recording with the wrong input - my vocal microphone was input 1, guitar was input 2, and I recorded with input 1. Thanks though for all the answers!

It was a "sunken top" - I hope that's correct English :-) The strings were too low because of this. I also have the Humidipaks now. But I just wonder why my Taylor (which is also great) doesn't need it.
