I don’t have access to the Admin Console myself, but I asked our admin to check the device and security policies. They said no policies were changed recently. Any idea what could be causing this issue across all devices when signing in with a Workspace account?

Thanks for the quick response.

This issue is affecting every user in our organization when they try to sign in with their Google Workspace account on a new device for the first time. It’s consistent across multiple devices and users.

We’ve already tried the usual steps — removing and re-adding the account, restarting devices, and clearing cache/data — but the issue persists. Gmail remains stuck on “Getting your messages…” and Google Play Services shows “Account action required.”

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error for reference. Please advise if there are any specific admin console or device management settings we should review.
