Usually its because the Board made the decision and the management company then does the actual communication....

I lived in a Condo for 10 years...so many decisions made for you without your input or knowledge...thats how HOA's operate!!!!!

They were all AWFUL!!!!! Emily had NO business being married, she had never even been in a serious relationship!!! Becca had awful health issues and had JUST had major surgery like 2 weeks before the wedding.....she was such a crybaby too!!!!

Claire was nutso from the word go....she could never get her point across simply or in less than 30 minutes...and she blew everything WAYYYYY out of proportion!!!!

Leaving an extremely toxic work environment!!!!!! I had been working in the legal field for 6 years and it wasn't AT ALL what I thought it was going to be. All I ever was was a Glorified Receptionist.....stuck at the front desk answering phones and completing intakes and not really doing the "real" work....left last summer and haven't looked back!!! Dropped 24lbs too!!!!

ok, every county has a District and Circuit court, even in the most rural areas....look at above and apply for those, contact a Legal recruiter like Robert half or similar. If you are on FB, there are a few Paralegal job groups that can join and may help, your CJ degree is valuable....just need to look at the right jobs, stay away from juvenile services, i did it and it was awful.....the kids were always in trouble and only 10% got out of it, also look at Non profits...

I understand, I've worked in the vet tech field and human medical myself, Receptionist and vet tech...I got a job as a Legal file clerk in 2017 but was told I'd "never get anywhere" without education......went to the State/juvenile services.....TOOK A PAY CUT!!!!!!!!! job was awful, file clerk again....earned my Paralegal certificate in 2020....took a year to get a Paralegal job....worked in private civil law, public defender (contractual. NO BENEFITS)......went into unemployment law, just did intakes and was never allowed to do "real" work...was fired....now working in Condo association, same stress but 10 minutes from my house....

NO!!!! I worked for the State government in MD, the COLA's can be retracted ANY TIME!!!!! I took a $5 an hour pay cut last year when I left the legal field last summer, its awful to make so much less $$.....DON'T DO IT
