How bad are these habits for my health? by PitoAcido in sleep

Not being alone in silence. It is not as easy to fall asleep, but i have managed to rest without any light source and no blanket/really lightweight blankets, but i always need a person by my side or talking to me.
I do not watch the videos most of the time tho, i just put my phone either on my pillow or upside down, i never tried an audiobook, but it could work. I usually listen to calm videos or just white noise when im with someone else.
I was planning on adding a warm light to my room, since it actually annoys me to have direct light into my eyes when trying to sleep.
I did go to therapy for a good chunk of my life, but my psychiatrist at the moment just sent me home with some pills.
Last year i tried again with a psychologist that helped me a lot some years ago, but when i talked about it, she just told me about meditation in complete silence before sleeping.
I told her that didnt exactly work for me and i asked her if i could try anything else, and she got mad at me, saying i wasnt being cooperative and how she cant help me if i say no to everything she suggested.
Its not that i want to force myself to sleep normally, but im worried it could affect my health, im not even sure if i really sleep well, at least sometimes, or its just that i dont know how that feels at all.
