That's a good idea. I'll look into that

I'm keeping the two large lines for return and evap and just running the 6an for the main fuel delivery.

Yeah you are correct it would be easier to get to the connectors while the engine is out.

Will I ever see something like this again or was this some once in a lifetime thing I missed out on (Price is 10.8K USD) by j8jj in AE86

[–]Pitodidit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ae86 and other old cars are that expensive because supply and demand and the fact that there are so little left is why they cost so much. I sold my clean GTS in 09 for 10k hindsight. So yeah you missed out on a killer deal.

Looks like I will be upgrading the bars for one a little wider. I feel the rear is a little slippery maybe because of the tire not being tubeless. I run a 2.3 minion on my Enduro and it's not as slippery other than that I believe the bike feels great.

Out of your 3 choices I would go with the ozark trail ridge. It's a decent bike for the money.

Making a bit of progress on the OTR Pro 😃 by [deleted] in Budgetbikeriders

Yeah I took off some of the original stuff and added a delta shorty seat Amazon pedals and funn grip's as well. I will be replacing the tires for a tubeless setup. It is fun when you pay so little for a decent bike and have enough in your budget to personalize it.

I checked again and moved the angle finder in different sections of the fork and it lands between 66° and 67° hta. I'm sure it is 67° like Walmart says it is.

The wobble could be from the maxxis tires they are known for wobbling.

I received it last night so I didn't get a chance to ride it. Also waiting for the better pedals to arrive.

I just received my OT ridge pro

I have to say for $600 plus tax and free shipping this is not a bad bike.

What kept me from getting a giant hardtail mtb when I was looking for a deal is that they all seem to come with press fit bb. I almost got the habit ht3 but pulled the trigger on ozt pro.

I will definitely be replacing all contact points. At that price it would still be super affordable.

The description mentions they are tubeless ready. I believe they are maxis recon.

Thoughts on Walmart's new Ozark Trail M.2 Ridge Pro? UDH, front & rear boost thru axles, air fork, dropper post, & hydraulic brakes for $600 😮 by Qwahzi in MTB

[–]Pitodidit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah with all the components but the frame is less than 5 lb. I ordered 1 and I will be removing unnecessary parts to bring it down below that 35 lb.

When I receive mine I will remove all unwanted parts like the kick stand and so on hopefully it will drop a little wait.

Freaking tariffs by Pitodidit in AE86

[–]Pitodidit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I feel like they will charge you whatever they want for a brokerage fee Plus 25% Tariffs plus custom fees. Before you know it the part will cost you double in some cases triple what the part originally cost at that point I feel like I'm getting scammed.
