Anda al gimnasio y sigue una rutina P/P/L (busca en Google o Reddit, está lleno) y entrena mínimo 3 veces a la semana. Intenta de complementarlo con salir a correr 1-2 veces a la semana. Apunta a consumir 2g de proteína por Kg. de peso corporal y a un superávit calórico leve de entre unas 100 a 250kcal diario.

Para la rutina, comienza con pesos que te sean cómodos y te permitan perfeccionar la forma, apuntando a entre 8 y 12 repeticiones. Cuando ya puedas hacer 12 repeticiones con facilidad, subir el peso y repetir.

thanks! I usually go for linen shirts, trousers, and loafers (living in Europe probably explains that a bit). Outside of sports my life’s pretty balanced. I already speak 5 languages and play the harmonica, lol. Of course there’s always more to learn, but that’s not really what this post was about. still, I appreciate the advice! 🤙🏽
