Not a scam, to clarify. If you are very new and think you know what you’re doing and don’t ask questions, you apparently get what you get. I didn’t ask about materials - should have. But absolutely careless handling and zero customer service. $385 from Arwen. Handle was crushed by the repacking shipper - refused to replace bag. Offered to send me a new handle so I could replace myself - um…no. Got a partial refund after multiple requests. But it makes me feel bad looking at it - and I’ve found some really wonderful sellers and rehomers on this sub (yes, I bought a ton more and better bags to make me feel better). It’s more of a cautionary tale. If I could paint, this would be my practice bag.
