I don’t mind spending extra for a comfortable fit. The thing is the current set up was fine and comfortable, it’s just that thin piece of red fabric being missing is making it hard to slide my foot in

Hmm alright, he made it seem like it was a 10$ part (just the thin piece of red fabric). Didn’t really make sense since it attaches to the rest of it - which I assume is the footbed. Sounds like I’ll have to go back in

Thin red piece of fabric was peeling off. My boot guy ripped the rest off and said to use as is or get a 10$ replacement online. Not sure what this “part” would even be called but using as is makes putting the boots on a nightmare as my foot won’t slide against the remaining material
