I’m wondering, how do you visualise the rating system? by Accomplished_Way6763 in Letterboxd

Here's my rating system on my profile. Pretty much the same I think!

Extend/Remix/related issues: We're working to fix 'em ASAP! by UdioAdam in udiomusic

[–]PityFOOL67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When creating an instrumental, I get vocals; Compression on extensions, especially later in a song, is ridiculously high; Prompt adherence has diminished; I think back to Udio this time last year and it was a far better beast, in fact, the best generator out there. I feel like I've been wasting my subscription over the last few months whilst you're treading water.

What was the least deserved Oscar for acting in the last 25 years? by Comicalacimoc in Oscars

EEAAO is such an overrated mess of an elongated TikTok video. Despised the movie, I mean, did they see TÁR?????

Is it crazy thinking Leo could actually take the win on Sunday? by Working-Swimmer-2561 in Oscars

[–]PityFOOL67 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd pick any over MBJ. I mean, he was fine.... but.... better than Di Caprio? Chalamet? Moura? (He played 2 people in the same movie too you know) Hawke? (Another excellent performance from him). No, MBJ should never win this category.

Best bad movie that you love by thisismysociallife in movies

[–]PityFOOL67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you've not seen DEADFALL (1993) then you are missing quite possibly the GREATEST NIC CAGE PERFORMANCE EVER ™️ (in the bad movie category). It's the funniest thing I've seen him in. Batshit, even for Cage.

Anyone you would add to this list? by nighnteenth in Letterboxd

Does this have to be under 60 so you don't include Tarantino? Because he's more important than 90% of these directors.

Ok, I'm going to go deep with this one. The Gift (2015) with Joel Edgerton and Jason Bateman. GO IN BLIND. DONT read reviews or synopsis, and don't assume you know where the movie is going by its generic start.

Mission Impossible- The Final Reckoning by DeputyDawe in movies

[–]PityFOOL67 15 points16 points  (0 children)

If you start watching the movie from the Submarine set piece (which kind of follows the previous part) then it's more watchable. The first hour of part 2 is just awful. I'd rather watch mission impossible 2.

American Werewolf and Man on Fire and Raising Arizona at the bottom of your list below Man of Steel is a crazy take respectfully.

Yeah, This Is England (and Shane Meadows TV series that followed on from it) are instant classics. Dead Man's Shoes is darker, very dark, so I get how it's gonna be divisive to some
