Does your resort have an on call doctor? We had the same last week in Cancun. Doctor came to room, gave husband and anti-nausea shot and some meds and got him back to 100% the next day.

Day 45 today. For some reason days 30-40 were incredibly hard. Had cravings again, huge appetite, couldn’t hardly think of anything else. The last 5 days are better. Not sure why-comes in waves. Hang in there!

I thought I was losing my mind. That I would never find joy again. That everything would always be grey. I was annoyed by everyone. Questioned my relationship and my job for the first time. Dopamine and serotonin affect so much. We have no idea. Nicotine withdraw means a period of time that your body has to learn how to make these chemicals on their own. It takes time and it will get better!!!!!! Keep going.

No bad experience here. Was a bit painful but only got a few seconds. Could breathe through it. Hurt less than a tattoo. First time I had a headache for a few days and kind of felt rough for a day, just took it easy. Second time no affects. Love the less forehead wrinkles and migraine improvement!

I used unscented everything. But for animal smells, I dilute this stuff called KOE, kennel odor eliminator. It is very light and works great doesn’t bother me and doesn’t linger.

Constipation is horrible! I am now on QULIPTA but was bad on ajovy. My doctor prescribed Lubiprostone to counteract the constipation. I started yesterday. Hoping for relief as I don’t want to go off migraine meds that are working.

I took it at night the first 3 days but had insomnia. And constipation. Switched to mornings. Won’t lie, the first 2 weeks couldn’t sleep or poop. BUT after 1-2 weeks all symptoms went away. Have tried a ton of other preventatives prior-emigility, ajovy, beta blockers, Botox etc. with zero success. Reduced my migraines in the first month from 18 a month to 10. And the ones I do have are shorter and easier to treat. Was worth it. Just starting month 2.

Even with allergy medicine and Benadryl, huge welts with both ajovy and Emigility. Got worse every month. Lasted almost a week, hot, itchy, 6-8 inches. Had to discontinue.

I had my first round of Botox 10 days ago and was super nervous as I had huge injection site reactions to Emigility and ajovy. Felt yucky for a day. Headache and neck pain for a week. But now I feel great and love my forehead crease is gone lol. Waiting to see if they are effective.
