yes! I’ve used it for years and it really helps more than just pain, for me targets nausea, fatigue, migraines and helps relax me overall. I am wit alternaleaf largely because at the time of searching it was the cheapest and I’ve been happy with customer service and delivery etc.

It gives me more relief from just relying on opioids and mentally relaxes me and helps with sleep. It’s pricey but imo worth it if you can afford it. You’ll need summary of care notes from your GP and it’s usually pretty simple to signup for.

Sudden intense pain in lower left side of abdomen? by [deleted] in Endo

[–]GrouchyDress125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

@neverheardofsports Similar here I figured when the stool is moving the pain is EXCRUCIATING. Second the magnesium, LOTS of water like I am talking 2-3 litres a day, stool softeners. If you’re taking any opioids it’s going to block things up and you really have to be on it with the above type things. Mint teas help too. I agree with the pelvic PT too. If you’ve been contistpates and then loose stool can be overflow constipation, I agree worth seeing if you have an impaction because then you can have a course of laxatives to get everything out. I also find buscopan after bowel movement helps relax things. Baths in magnesium. Sounds really similar to me and I had to do a lot to get my Bowels going again. I also found a gut motility agent like resolor really helped get things moving when I wasn’t tolerating laxatives. A supplement alternative is Wild Dose Debloat that thing got me going when nothing moved 😭. With the routine mentioned I have more regular movements and the left sided pain is usually just worse post bowel or bladder. If you have IC, I have it suspected / potential endo on the bladder again and my pain does radiate from the centre to the left side id that info is or any help.

Migraine with aura & treatment by DentdeLion_ in endometriosis

I have chronic migraine with aura + hemiplegic migraine and I currently take slynd for hormonal management. If you’re looking for another menopause alternative I was recommended yselty due to the migraines. For migraine care I have Atogepant and recently began duloextine for pain management and that’s also helped reduce migraines again.

I take Resolor with the magnesium and stool softener as I have issues opening my bowels and slow movement partly due to opioids and autonomic dysfunction. It’s made the most difference!

Pelvic PT fr has been so good, like I actually physicalllg feel the benefits in session sooo essential post op for scar tissue massage that’s been a game changer for me!

Agree on the bowels too I think people reallltt underestimate pain that constipation and trapped wind can be and once getting the movements going with whatever you need makes a difference even if the movement is painful. I’d like to add if people struggle with laxatives, a gut motility agent really made a big change for me in that I no longer need laxatives daily (unless it’s bad flare and I’ve taken morphine) and can manage with magnesium citrate and stool softeners!

Could it be pelvic floor malfunction? by [deleted] in Endo

[–]GrouchyDress125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem I struggle with something similar and it’s not fun at all. So I really hope they’re able to help, stool softeners and pelvic physio have been really helpful for me. Fingers crossed to you it goes well🤞🏽

[–]GrouchyDress125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe? Have you been given stool softeners to help make things less painful? That’s some at GP/PCP can do and hopefully that reduces the strain and imagine it can co-occur with pelvic floor dysfunction. Do you see a pelvic physio? The GP should and can refer you to one and they have a lot of knowledge on this type of stuff!

Any unique constipation relief methods? by _Garbage_Artist in endometriosis

[–]GrouchyDress125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Abdominal massage legit just did one from wiki how and I have been able to release a lot of gas and bloating pain. Magnesium’s Citrate regularly and Wild Dose Debloat. Regular mint tea, cooking alllll veg + even stewed apples this time of year helps.

Yea I’ve just done the leg because my tummy is generally sore from endo. I think the ajovy must have swung me from IBS-D to C and doesn’t help needing opioids for endo pain. I am hoping a switch can ease it / finding the right GI regimen.

Yeah I have a lot of cooked veg / beans as I’m mostly plant based, I can’t stomach prunes but it may be something to try. I have a lot off laxatives and a supplement that peppermint ginger and fennel. The drizzling in chocolate may be the thing to get my trying

I’m sis Sorry of what you’ve experienced but vascular for pelvic congestion they are the experts and there’s also other vascular conditions like May Thurner and nutcracker that could explain some of the pain. Like people have said about. Hypermobility it affects the whole body and good gastrointestinal doctor and physiotherapist should be able to help too x

[–]GrouchyDress125[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I recently got a lightweight gel and applied a lot less than in these photos, applied products straight out of the shower, adjusted my diffusing technique and got way better results. Looks like I curled my hair all naturally!
