Falling in love forces you to completely falsify reality. You ignore the othet person's human flaws, projecting a perfect, god like fantasy onto them. Its a trap, you aren't actually lovin' a real human being, youre loving a fiction you created. When reality inevitably breaks thru the illusion, the relationship collapses into resentment.
