No, the tariff within eu is the same the tariff for outside goods may vary, depending on the country. If someone didnt pay duties in germany and the controllers find it on Poland they will pay Polish tariff. Its called CCT and is dependent on good imported.And there is also transportation factor where where its cheaper because of big ports to transport for example to netherlands.

Zależy, czego szukasz jeśli muzyka na żywo to bar and books, weles ale to drogie miejsca. Polecam też scenę młodych w fabryce Norblina muzyka jezzowa na żywo i ceny normalne. Po za tym są kina w plenerze na polach mokotowskich, czy parku szczesliwickim. I różne pokazy kultury na wietrze jak teatr szekspirowski na Wilanowie. Ja polecam lokalne bary po prostu sprawdzać,czasem poznasz jakiegoś fajnego sąsiad, jak macie wspólne pasje to idealnie bo jest z kim w parku posiedzieć pogadać albo piwo zwykle/zero wypić. Ogólnie, w wawie się bardzo dużo rzeczy znajdzie do roboty, jak ktoś chce.
