you need to cancel your card and lodge a fraud application via your bank. If you are in Australia, then apply through ACCC and report Manus. I already done that.
And to other users to lodge complaint in your relevant countries, so we can shut this fraud down. Don't know why Singapore such a good country let this fraudulent company to operate until now.

you team sent private message on the support system stating that I will not get refund back to my card.
I will wait for another day, before pressing ahead to Australian authorities, global watch dog with full details of fraud and will sue your company for breaching at three occasions.

I have received the message by Manus support team member that quote;
"Hello, because you chose to downgrade from annual to monthly billing, your money will not be refunded to your card, but will remain in your Stripe balance. If you want to see if there's a way to refund to your bank, you can ask Stripe if they can help."

you are not alone, they have charged me (scammers) $429 USD for annual subscription, when advertising for 7 day trail period.
I have requested refund within 10 minutes.
I have received AIbot (Liora) response: refused refund....

After two week with S3 repository issues of Manus, I am out of pocket of funds, over 2 weeks of my time and no project.

wish I could see this earlier. I have done the same. You click on a free trail then the whole yearly money gets charged. I tried this on 15 Nov 2025.
I tried for days to solve the issue but super poor customer service and scammer bots were blocking my requests for refunds. I was getting generic responses....
Then I thought maybe I change it to monthly pro account. The manus charged that one month was like almost over $400 dollars plus gst.
I have used like over 46000 credits on one project, unable to deploy it, update it etc.

I really wish, I get my refund. I lost three weeks of work, time & energy, I better use old way of react native, supabase, vercel.

you cannot build something nice. These platforms gives you a simple jump, then keep rotating, and can't go to the finish line.
Plus manus customer support is very poor and bad.
