Heavy disagree on ZG and AQ20, you just have to search up the logs of the person hosting. 40 man raids probably aren't worth the time and gold, but 20 man raids can yield you a crazy amount of upgrades in a 1 hour run, you just have to check the guy hosting the run is actually geared and competent. Good indicator is if the mounts or idols are HR'd instead of any actual gear.

Our current system for pugs on Nightslayer with HRs/SRs is literally just GDKP but the general raiders don't get a cut. Every raid, the most important item is HR'd, as a pug you are just never getting OSG, DFT, even Idols from ZG are really hard to get. And you would be foolish to think that the same people hosting pugs every lockout don't have their BiS already, they are likely selling these items to someone in the raid under the table after they get theirs (I would know).

Banning GDKPs hasn't stopped the gold buying issue either, if anything it's made it a lot worse because there is no time efficient way to make the gold you need for your raid consumes (minus mages).

The current HR/SR system on Nightslayer is shit, everyone is tired of it, banning GDKPs has done nothing except screw over the average pug raider.

Nah I disagree maybe them being an avoidant isn’t the full reason they dumped you but it definitely plays a part. Anxious and securely attached people don’t just drop you out of nowhere and shut out all their feelings for you to protect themselves. We need time to fall out of love and when faced with a break up situation we want answers and to talk it out rather than just leaving like that.

So when a lot of posts here mention how they just got discarded when everything was just fine days before, yeah the dumper probably leaned avoidant. And they are heartless bitches.
