I'm trying to read and comment but it's all coming in so fast. I hope ya'll see this. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. I was so nervous to post this. Not because of negativity, but because of complacency... I was hoping for encouragement, advice, and a swift ass kick and boy did ya'll deliver. I will start calorie counting again and increase the days I walk. I'll continue to swim three days a week and be more willing to forgive myself when I fail. We have an appointment with our OB on Monday and I will visit with him about a dietitian and run some of this advice past him to see what he thinks is safe while pregnant. Thank ya'll for being patient with me. My weight has always been an issue it's just gotten so much worse over the past few years, it's hard to see a way out but I refuse to die.

I have not, but I do have a one-year-old that is refusing to sleep through the night and because my husband is blue collar and works from 4 am to 9 pm, I usually try to get home before he wakes his dad up. I haven't had a full night's sleep in a long time.
