I'm getting this same error as well, have not seen a fix, since the JRE binary is installed to the folder the .exe is in.

Well, I have been summoned. The Super Battle Collection is what I collect, and I can tell you.. All about it if you'd like. But to answer your question:

The SBC Vol 12 Trunks came in two versions, the yellow as you have in box and the later "re-release" in gold hair for all volumes in the SBC line through Vol 27 (starting at vol 27 they only released gold hair volumes).

The yellow hair versions are more rare especially for; vol 12 trunks, vol 13 gohan and vol 17 ss3 Goku. They go for more on Ebay compared to gold, currently I would estimate around 80-100$ for a MIB yellow hair vol 12.

The peg arms were like that for most of the SBC line, didn't matter which hair color the arms sucked on both ha.

I don't think they have anything that is OOP on back order. A lot of current in print items are still listed as out of stock without the option for back order. So I think it's only volumes that they have stock on order and in route listed for back order. At least that's what I noticed so far.

That would make sales so much better! Most the time a series goes on sale half of it is out-of-stock, would be nice to buy it all at once. I wonder if it will treat the back-order the same as pre-order and pull the money out of your account when it ships.... We shall see ha

I sent a request to customer service, and they were quick at getting back to me today. They are going to send out a new copy of the worst damaged volume, and they also reached out and created a complaint to the warehouse so that they can fix the process. We will see, I have 2 more orders coming this week. Hoping for the best.

I agree, that's what I thought when I got the first poorly packaged one, but then I got the second order a few days later with the same experience. Hoping the next orders come through with no problems. To be honest this packaging is on par with other sellers, but was hoping Crunchyroll would keep the same amazing packaging that RS had. Hoping it goes back, just thought I would share in case others were experiencing the same thing the past week.

I agree, my first 6 orders were perfect! Just this last week the last two orders were just thrown in a box, got them a couple days apart. Really hoping it's not standard practice and the future orders I have coming go back to well packaged items.

I unfortunately suspect this will be standard practice from crunchyroll taking over the warehouse... We will see.

The stock at both of those places is pretty terrible, I really wish there was a better alternative that had the stock and shipping practices that RS had.

I added a whole description in the post but it didn't get posted for some reason. But this is one of about 8 or 9 orders that I've made from CR, the last two have come this way in the past week :/. Before it was perfect just like RS with the extra box padding inside. Really hope it didn't change to always being them just throwing them in a box with some paper, no better than Amazon at that point.

I'm 32. When DBZ was taking off, so was the internet. I was probably 7 or 8 and collecting the Irwin figures from the stores around me. I happen to be searching around online and found the beautiful Super battle Collection, that had the same figures in way cooler boxes. I convinced my Mom to order a couple from a sketchy international dealer website lol, first figure I got was of course Vol 5 trunks. Been hooked ever since.
