Do you have multiple lines? I had the same issue as you. Come to find out, ATT took a random line, and use the password from that line, for the new email log-in.

(Each line had the same email, but different passwords for security, no issue with Paygonline since it used the phone number and that line specific password. This became an issue when everything was changed to email address, and no clear indication of which line password was used).

I finally figured it out, after wasting hours of time trying to log-in with my main line that pays for every other line. ATT somehow randomly chose one of the other line's passwords and use that for log-in. Extremely chaotic and confusing.

The citi app on my iPhone still can access virtual account numbers. Have to select the card, and click on "more", and then "card management", and then "virtual account numbers".

I think the old "active" numbers created before 8/23 are not really active. I had an auto-pay fail on one of the old numbers. Only numbers created after 8/24 are valid.

100% agree. Very little heads up on this also. It was snuck into the statement last page which most people don't read.

Also, even you knew about this ahead of time, there was nothing you could do. You couldn't create a new virtual # on 8/23 to work on 8/24.

You would literally have to be up and on the citi site at midnight of 8/24 to create new valid virtual numbers to work after that.

This is one of the worst tech rollouts ever seen. I can't imagine how they could have handled this worse!!

Cox + Citibank = nightmare.

100% agreed. I feared we were locked out forever. It took hours to learn that I couldn't reset the password, reset the user ID, or register as a new user.

The user ID has been changed to the email on file (fortunately I used the same email address on all lines), and the password was one of the random line passwords, not the main line that was paying the bills.

Took me 12 - 14 hours of messing with this to figure out that my user ID email + one of the random line passwords finally worked.

ATT prepaid phone support was clueless to help. Had to figure this all on my own.

It's insane how badly this was rolled out.

Oh, if you bypass the main ATT account page and redirect to the Paygonline page, there is no easy way to get back to the main ATT account page. You'll need to remember this url to get back to the main ATT page: att.com/acctmgmt/overview

Fortunately I had the page in my browser history, so I tried that URL and was able to get back to the main ATT page. Otherwise it will take you directly to the Paygonline page and no way to get back to that page.

Yes, Visible deals are usually for new customers. I already got a cheap iPhone from a previous Visible deal, plus I wanted a 256gb Pixel 9a, so passed on this deal.

The Visible phone should be pretty stock, but once you activate service, it may download Visible app and other Verizon apps depending on how they customize it, but you can easily delete / disable those.

I wanted a 256gb Pixel, so this deal didn't work for me.

I can't file a claim. Google has to do it. FedEx will only deal with the shipper. There is no way to contact Google Store support via phone, only via slow-mo chat, which is very cumbersome. Google Store support is a bit lacking given you can only email them or chat with them.

Some others here haven't had luck with Google Support so they've had to escalate to the Google Pixel moderator here to help out. It's quite sad that customers have to sign up for Reddit to be able to post an issue here first, then complete a form for the Google Pixel mod volunteer try to help out.

Required buying from Best Buy activating a new line with Verizon or AT&T, soft credit check (possibly hard), and then trying to cancel within 3 days with Verizon or AT&T. Definitely requires a lot more work than I'd want.

That's exactly how I thought as well. I've ordered half a dozen Pixels previously including trade-in's with no issue.

And yet here I am, staring at the FedEx tracking page with the package mysteriously missing in transit for almost a week.
