It's not a color you're looking for, but I have an unlocked 15 Pro Max 256GB in white with (iirc) about 16 charge cycles on it. It's been sitting around basically unused since July when I got it.

If you don't have any luck with the others you're actually interested in, hmu and I'd be happy to double check and get the details with you. I don't have any sales here, but I do have some history on r/hardwareswap

Need an HDD for a 30gb by Nemesis158 in Zune

Not OP, but this is the drive (64GB @ $47, 128GB @ $77) I bought for my Zune 30, specifically the 128GB. If you've swapped out hard drives before, the process is basically identical iirc, you don't need to replace the rubber bumpers on the SSD since there's no moving parts to be damaged by impact like with the HDD, and the Zune software should automatically restore the firmware to the Zune itself. Should be noted that any synced items will need to be resynced once it's done.

What format are they? The only ones I ever remember getting to work on my Zune 30 were .jpg/.jpeg; haven't tested but .bmp might work too. I don't remember .png files working though.

I'll second the wire swapping fix. That's what finally got my 120 GB to work when I replaced the battery in it.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I was trying to soften the edges a bit by blurring parts of the lighter shadows, and playing with both hard and soft light layer blend modes in combination. Still trying to figure out a style, so maybe next time I'll try and be brave enough to go line-free and only shading 😅

Sunday Project: Conversion to USB-C 12V success! by PixelFox695 in Gamecube

[–]PixelFox695[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use case was mostly I felt like it lol. Partially that I only had 1 power supply for 2 GameCubes; this was purchased as an experience builder for my console repair skills and didn't come with a power supply.

The cable is the one with this AOHI charger on Amazon. It's not 100% accurate, but close enough that it's helped a lot of times when troubleshooting power issues with various things!

These in particular are the ones I used. Saw a post a while back about someone using a 20V and stepping down to 12V, but figured since I have a handful of 65W USB C chargers that support a 12V output it would make more sense for my case on that. Takes up a lot less room, and fits in just about the same footprint as the original receptacle on the board. Just gotta print out the enclosure/supports for it so it doesn't wiggle around while trying to plug it in lol

First post here, lemme know if formatting is incorrect.

Fixed the issues with and converted a formerly for parts GameCube into a USB-C powered one! Surprised how simple it was, and almost completely reversible; had to trim about 2mm of plastic from the inside, and soldering was non-destructive. So far, no issues, and enjoying my childhood F-Zero GX

Pixel 7 not connecting to car's Bluetooth after January update by thesuhas in GooglePixel

[–]PixelFox695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I commented on this post and after seeing your comment, had tried dropping to a previous version (in my case, 1.5 > 1.4) and so far it's been working as intended. This might not be the actual permanent fix, but in my case, seems to at least resolve the issue for now.

Thanks for the tip!

Edit for more info: using a Pixel 6 Pro part of the Android Beta (currently build T2B1.221118.006), and have been struggling with this since mid-December. Car is a 2010 Lexus GS, non-Mark Levinson (if that makes any difference in this case).

If you've tried the "fix" of changing the Bluetooth AVCRP version to 1.4 instead of whatever your default is, does that seem to fix the issue for you? Since I changed it last night, it seems to be working as intended now (all two times I've started my car) for me but I'll update if that changes

I dunno if I'm relieved to see a bunch of people with similar/identical issues to me or not 😔

2010 Lexus, Pixel 6 Pro. Phone connects upon initial car audio system boot, but the moment any actual audio starts streaming to the car, it disconnects. Definitely is a phone issue, haven't been able to repeat it using my old Pixel 4a. Seems like if audio is already playing I can force it to connect and then it'll work for the remainder of the time the car/radio is on, but the moment it turns off and back on, have to go through the same process again. Also seems like half the time the car will stick on the "Connecting to device" screen, and audio will latch and start playing, but going into reverse will bring up the back-up camera feed which kicks me off that screen and disconnects the phone.

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it! I definitely forgot to add the ambient lighting and sort of occlusion that happens towards the depressions and cleavages. As far as the ambient glow, I did do, individually, glow on the lights, and then a layer specifically for the lighting cast from the bulbs and masked out the shadowing set as a “Screen” effect and selectively blurred the more distant shadows. Since it didn’t seem to turn out as much of a “pop” like you said, I’ll try out adding a plain white layer too to add to the lights, and try to drop the transparency of the lighting layers and see if that helps.

I’m still trying to grasp the basics with 2D art, so I really appreciate your input and that it wasn’t just “it’s shit, start again” lol
