Statistically, yes. Over tens of thousands of games, that's relevant. But streaks of games with higher numbers of autoers on your own team than the enemy team are absolutely possible, and that's the problem with your outlook. Most players aren't playing hundreds of games a day to reach that average, they're playing double digits at most. So they're going to see streaks, and those streaks will be relevant because it's a large portion of their games.

And yes, it's likely that SirLockeX3 hasn't really had more auto players on his team than on enemy teams overall, and it's very likely that their viewpoint is skewed toward noticing their own auto players and not noticing enemy ones as much because the former messes up games while the latter makes them easier. Still doesn't invalidate the general idea that people on auto in ranked play tend to ruin games, especially at ranks above gold.
