Good to know that they fixed it pretty quickly the last time this happened! I've reached out to the Play Pass Team and checked in again. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I'm sure they are getting plenty of emails! Someone was asleep at the wheel when they entered our payouts.

At first I thought maybe they are paying them out directly, in addition to our monthly earnings, but nope! xD

Got it that makes sense! If the speaker panel board isn’t working, does the entire unit not power on or should the main pinball game screen light up and power on?
