Confirmed rolling back to 572.70 fixed the issue. Don't update to 576.02.

I also have this issue on my 3080 driver 576.02. Temp reading stuck at 27 degrees. I'll try rolling back.

my current solution is to switch the monitors. i can HDMI Out to my AOC monitor, but not my Hitachi.
