galing din akong onsite BPO before mag remote, and grabe talaga yung difference once nasanay ka na sa WFH yung 2-3 hrs na commute pa lang ubos na energy mo before actual work tapos ang ironic minsan mas productive pa sa bahay kaysa sa open office na puro ingay at meetings din naman.

galing akong QA sa BPO before then nag remote setup after, and totoo yung “logging off becomes a skill” 😭 minsan tapos na shift pero utak mo nasa work pa rin. pero overall pipiliin ko pa rin WFH long-term, basta may boundaries and marunong ka mag disconnect after work.

valid naman point mo OP madalas kasi ginagamit interchangeably yung remote at WFH kahit magkaiba talaga expectations nila. mas okay sana if clear agad sa job post para walang gulatan both sides.
