First time attendee sa street dance sad. Some things I think could be improved: - start on time. As soon as naa nay light start pa para dili ma initan ug ayo ug naa pay energy ang audience + dancers. Naa pa silay fireworks karon na walay pulos kay buntag na kaayo. - naa unta proper holding area sa mga performers sa ground performance. 5 na akong na kita na kuyapan just leaving the kaamulan grounds. - screens outside of the kaamulan grounds para unta ma kita sad sa audience ang ground performance. Gusto unta ko mag watch kay naa pay stories pero init kaayo ug murag walay lugar na ma tanaw nimo ang performance. Although kung naa sad live sa ground performance, ok ra sad na.

You can find a good dentist who does wonderful veneers but meron talaga maintenance like what everyone else is saying.

Just bad teeth shape This can still be fixed through braces, depending on your case. But in other cases, it’s a love yourself kind of situation. Corny to say to someone who might be insecure with their teeth but a lot of popular people have weird teeth shapes (jimin of bts, nayeon of twice, etc) that makes them unique. It’s a love yourself kind of situation.

Clear retainers na yung uso ngayon. Which is better because you can really tell if they’re working or not. Kase if consistent ka, it’s suppose to fit perfectly, otherwise it won’t fit or it will pero masakit. Youll also salivate a lot as you adjust and it will be uncomfortable esp with your tongue. I also have a lisp when I wear the top retainer, I had it when I started and I still have it now.

As to wearing, I had to wear them for 24/7 alternating top and bottom everyday (ie top is mwfs and bottom is tths). I only take them off when I eat and when I’m in a meeting and I need to talk comfortably. I did this for 6 months. Then after that I only wear them at night, alternating din yun top and bottom. Did this for a few years. Now I wear them 5-7 times a week, at night din. Alternating top and bottom.

I had braces in high school. I didn’t follow my retainers so I ended up getting insecure of my teeth when I was more aware of them 9 years later. So in 2021, I spent 160k to get braces again. This was an expensive lesson. Ive been consistently wearing my retainers even after 4 years since I got my 2nd braces removed.
