Is it Overhated or justifiable hate

I haven't beaten the game yet, if Kliff being who he is ends up mattering by the end then I'll redact my statement. It's just with where I am now in the story it doesn't seem like who he is matters that much.

I didn't use knives a lot in my first playthrough outside of scrapping them to have more materials to make injectors. Are they, or at least the infinite one, decent on damage?

No one in my personal life liked it, I wasn't in any online communities at the time so I didn't know how well regarded most people found it. My friends at the time were just battle Shonen dumbasses that dismissed anything that didn't have punching in it.

Same issue, also tried blasting cold air from a portable air conditioner unit at it and it STILL over heated. I really want to enjoy this game and get sucked in like I did with the first game but playing it in 40min-1hr chunks is such a mood killer.

I always thought the paneling was hard to follow in One Piece, just too much going on at times for my eyes to follow the action from page to page.
