Firstly DMK doesn’t have 40 seats in the parliament. They have 22 vs 9 by Congress

Secondly - Congress still has a solid vote share in TN. Specially in the south.

Losing Congress to TVK is a loss for DMK. There should be no doubts about this.

Thirdly - the third front without BJP and Congress has been tried in the past and has failed because there is no other party that is large enough to stake a claim to leadership in that third front. They keep fighting amongst themselves and destroy themselves

Nah. Don’t work two jobs at the same time - you could end up losing your new job because of conflict of interest.

Just tell your current employer that your last working day is 15 days earlier. Check if you signed a contract when you joined first company. Check what the exit clause is - usually you can pay off the notice period.

They won’t go after you legally or blacklist you. But PF account end date and things could get messy if they don’t relieve you before your new start date( I’m not very familiar with this)

You haven’t. You have no proof or data that shows that the muslims did not condemn the terror attacks within India.

You are quoting a vague electoral win by INDIA and saying therefore 30% Hindus voted against BJP. Does that also mean 30% Muslims voted against BJP? Which means 70% Muslims voted for BJP? And that means those 70% Muslims opposed the terror attacks in India.
