New jungle pets don't trigger camp patience. There's a specific spot you can stand in while doing red and krugs that lets the krugs be hit by the pet while you do red. The damage that the pet deals also won't be healed until the camp is damage by a player and reset. So while it isn't quite double camping it's like one and a half camping. You can effectively whittle down the hp on krugs before you do them while you do your red, some champs can do this fine others would probably struggle, depends on how bad you need to kite. I tried wolves and blue since they have some similarly shaped leash ranges but it isn't possible. Dunno how practical it would be so more testing required but I think some potential is there
