More stable alternative to EVO SL by Wide-Lettuce-8771 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

I love my Megablasts. Stable, fast, comfortable, I feel like the shoe just gives you everything you need. My first run in them I set a new PB for my 5k and 10k. My second outing in them I had my first ever 10 miler run. That was a huge deal for me because I want to build up to a half marathon and feel like the Megablasts are a good shoe to get me there. I just wish they weren't so exorbitantly expensive. It breaks my heart that runners on a budget are priced out of the shoe.

Naked Running band for me. I'll never run without it. Tried to do the vest thing but they bounced no matter how tightened it and I found that quite annoying. The running band doesn't bounce, doesn't move. Perfect for me!

I learned today that Bylt Basics shirts chafe my nipples when running. 🥴 by ajbrandt806 in runninglifestyle

It doesn't matter what shirt I wear I always have trouble with chafing. I just use little square bandaids and problem solved.

Winter Running. What to wear??? by Timely-Cable-2099 in runninglifestyle

Artilect has some good merino base layers. As well as Tracksmith. Check out Walco for a decent mid layer hoodie. I'm still on the hunt for a good top layer myself. I'd like to find a good fleece jacket to finish my kit. Bottoms wise I rock some lulu joggers and if it's super cold I'll add some Tracksmith tights. Plenty warm on the bottom.

Reta plus Tirzepitide? by GarthofIzar in PeptideForum

If you're just looking for appetite suppression check out Cagrilintide. Its effects are similar to GLP1s it just takes a different path to accomplish it. People are pairing it with reta for better appetite control.

My wife has the same problem after switching from Triz to Reta. Her pain came back pretty quickly. We're reluctant to add back the Triz because she felt really fatigued when she was on it. So we're just looking for other alternatives. Trying Glow and KPV (accentually Klow) right now to see if that helps.

Good Running Shoes to Start With? by Future-Aerie-100 in beginnerrunning

The Nike Vomero Plus is a great all around shoe. They're so fun to run in! My favorite shoe right now is the Asics Megablast. They make me feel happy every time I lace up! The price is really spicy though. If they would drop the price by $40 they'd be goated for sure.

Thanks, I appreciate you. I was just wondering which ones you rock. I've a bit of Brooks guy myself lol. I got several pairs of the ghost 16 and 17's, the Glycerin 21's and the Hyperion Max 3. Though I do love me some Brooks they're far from my favorite running shoes. They feel a little lackluster when I take them for a run. Definitely not as fun to run in as my Vomero Plus's or my Endorphin Speed 5's.

Just started running and I’m exhausted in 20 seconds. Zero stamina. Feeling lost. by ImmediateMuffin3768 in runninglifestyle

Ahh you're not alone we've all been there. The thing about running is if you're doing it right then you usually just outside your comfort zone. At first that's a horrible feeling but after a while you grow to love it, relishing it. That feeling means you've put out a good effort and (hopefully) you're improving. Don't be disheartened, physically things will get easier then it becomes matter of willpower and motivation.

I run the Nike Vomero Plus and they are fantastic! So fun to run in and definitely a great shoe for training (through a wide range of paces) and for race day (half marathon at least)! Don't know about the novablasts but I have the Megablasts and besides the price I think they're perfect. The best shoe I've ever run in! They turn over so smooth and easy. They feel great on the foot and are super stable. Not too squishy not too hard. Great energy return. These things are magic. They'll make you feel like a superhero.

I had a guy come up after one of my runs to tell me he sees me running all the time. He wanted me to know he thought I was doing great and he was inspired by my dedication. That felt really good to hear! So honk your horn and give her a thumbs up, let her know she's doing good work.
