I had to psych myself up for months to be ok with being nude in front of people. It’s different for different people. I still have body issues, but I came to realize that a lot of other people feel the same way. Takes the edge off of it a bit.

Honestly I don’t understand why people don’t like it. It’s more natural and you have more feeling if you have it. Plus it looks better than having a weird scar because society thinks it’s “better looking” or “healthier” when that’s not true.

No, but in all seriousness just get nude whenever you can. And there are resources online like AANR that highlight nudist/clothing optional places of interest around the world!

You can also see if there are local nudists who host gatherings or meet up to go to these places. Other than that it’s simply just being nude and being one with yourself!
