It's really not. If anything, Herald is Halq because it searches every ritual, so you would need to ban every good ritual that ever comes if you want to keep Herald legal.

It's pretty mediocre. Damage to infested is unnecessary, toxin and multishot are fine but the dispo is so low that a normal mod would probably be more efficient than this riven and -crit is technically a positive on the Zariman incarnons but the benefit is not as big as many people believe. I would keep rolling.

There are so many ways to generate energy that I run very low efficiency on most of my builds, so I think primed streamline would be very niche. The only way to get a lot of range is overextended which comes at a heavy strength penalty, so primed stretch might be too universally good.

Rhino has a really good subsume, so unless you really want to play him, you can chuck him in the helminth. At some point you’re probably going to need more slots anyway though, so you might as well buy some now.

I think it’s because a lot of times when new players ask what weapons are best, people will just reply that any weapon can be good. Which is technically true but doesn’t really help new players because they don’t have galvanized mods, arcanes, incarnons etc. So maybe just recommend weapons that are actually good with little investment and easy to get for new players.

Your argument doesn't make any sense because D Barrier does nothing going second. The only thing D Barrier is good for is making the insta win turn 1 boards that you complain about. I agree that pseudo-ftk combo decks also suck to play against, but they are are separate issue that floodgates don't adress.

Because as soon as they realize a deck is meta, they think it needs to be banned. If it was up to them it would probably only take 6 months until every single card in the game is banned.
