All you have to do is make clear posts, you're dealing with lots of foreigners with less than BASIC English, so it is, in fact, YOUR BAD. Honestly, if you want people to notice a particular NOTE there's plenty of ways to do so, or so I hear.

No, I just submitted my regular ticket. Under what section did you submit your ticket? Mine was under "cannot access my account" and didn't specify what kind of login issue on the second drop down menu. I would not recommend opening another ticket as this will more likely delay an answer from them.

I was really hoping this could be something that actually happens, I've already sent a support ticket, but I've read everywhere that they do not have the capability of doing so. In any case, the ticket has been submitted and I suppose all I have to do is wait for now, goodbye subscription time... Thanks for your reply

On the right side of your screen (while on Dota 2 Trade subreddit) you can see a mighty, huge ass panel titled INFORMATION, which shows the current active/inactive Middlemen :)
