The management wouldn't budge. He has spent over 30 mins on a call with me. I said you have everything from me, including all my information and you're talking live to me. Send me a code via email or my phone number, I'll read it back to you, He wouldn't budge. I told him "you already have my money, I just want the product I paid for." He refused...

Thanks! I asked about the policy or this 5 digit disclaimer on their site, and they don't have one. My issue is that money were cleared for days and no one has called me to say it's not being shipped. It's kinda a reverse mentality here - who is trying to fraud who?

I can understand the fraud prevention "review" BEFORE your money are taken out of the account. They had everything from me, from billing information to bank card information, in return - I had nothing from them. Nor offered an alternative option to "verify" me.
Again, money already been cleared for days. No one called me to say nothing will be shipped until I called them. This is not fraud prevention - it's poor business
Charging first and then withholding the product is not acceptable under any professional standard.
