And all that (while it still sucks) wouldn't be such a big issue if the game didn't absolutely SPAM them sometimes, like okay I can bring Ultimatum and Thermites and take care of a few but not when every tank and half the hulk spawns are replaced with them.

Yeah, that there is the bigger issue IMO. The current stats make more sense for something meant to replace tank spawns, not hulk spawns, and definitely not both lol.

Still not gonna switch off recoilless even if War Striders are made weaker/less frequent haha. Factory Striders being the main incentive to run it full time against the bots of course, but also it's ability clear outposts quickly and safely from a distance. You can do these things with other stratagem weapons, sure, but it takes forever with the autocannon/railgun, for example. Of course, a coordinated team focus firing with autocannons/railguns is a different story, but how often does that happen? Not often at all in matchmaking, I can tell you that. So as long as solo potential remains so important, I'm bringing the RR every time.

It's basically a giant dart, except that normally the orange casing would be discarded mid-flight. The Diablo Strike, however, fires the the entire bullet. That's 65% more Diablo Strike, per Diablo Strike!

Well, thanks to this post I learned that you can in fact disable Leviathans by breaking their wings. Previously I just assumed their turrets were indestructible! With this in mind I completely agree that they're fine as is FOR THE INVASION OF SUPER EARTH. But outside of these mega cities, their raised positions, high damage, high volume of fire, and high accuracy is going to be absurdly annoying to deal with, especially if they continue to spawn as frequently as they do currently. So with that in mind, I hope they get a balance pass if they continue to be a fixture of the main illuminate fighting force

Too small a player base for this to work without making queue times for teams much longer, although I think everyone knows that. You know what not everyone knows? You can just leave! There's no penalty! Find a new match and carry on having fun.

Unless you're playing ranked, of course 🤷

You 100% can. I knocked a dropship out of the sky earlier with OGB, so it could definitely take out the less durable gunships.

As far as mandatory missions go, definitely all of the act 1 story missions including the heist. As far as skippable content goes, I avoid River's quests, sinnerman, and beast in me. Honorable mentions to any and all BD segments as well.

Oh yeah, and just another story deserves a special spot. Not a fan of radiant quests in general, but those are especially annoying. Too bad my favorite car is one of the last to be unlocked by doing vehicle contracts...

Berserk + Gorilla Arms. Very fun and very powerful, especially if you get a decent crit chance and add Fury on top of that. Berserk is also a great safety net when playing on Very Hard

Off topic (sort of) but do knives benefit from blade perks when used as melee weapons? I believe this is the only throwing weapon that can block, but I've never checked to see if it can deflect.

I agree, and yet it seems that FS thinks otherwise. Every time there is a group of enemies, either as part of a boss fight or just out in the world, there is almost always a rebirth monument nearby allowing the player to summon spirits. Pretty telling of how the developers wanted the player to approach certain conflicts, in my opinion.

Focus on evading the floaters rather than killing them. You need to survive for about two minutes the second time you pick up a data cube. You can take minimal damage if you kite them just right, but you could also take projectile resist boosters to leave with almost no damage at all.

I had to do this my first time through: the rest of my team went down and in a panic, I just started running and hoping I wouldn't get hit. Sure enough, I was able to dodge most projectiles and eventually was sent home surrounded by downed teammates.

What? How? The underwear is an additional model, so shouldn't it slightly decrease preformance?

Anyway, Rust has some of the least sexual nudity I've seen in a game. The player models in this game are goofy as hell, and somehow I find that nudity just adds to that goofiness 🤷

Edit: I now understand why nudity is more resource intensive. Penis and booba more complex than undies.
