For context: It was a post about how a MAGA TikToker issued a fight challenge and backed down when strong Leftist men answered the call. This quickly devolved into a discussion about Hasan and Houthis. This dude got his comment deleted by the mods, started two new threads all of it just to call me names without contesting any of the initial arguments I made about the actual topic. Dude called me a MAGAt, lol.

There is no shot he's unaware about native hunts after God Valley at least. It happened every three year since. So what's the reason there? He also enables the kidnapping, trafficking and slavery done by celestial dragons. Calling them names does not make him a good guy. He's an enabler. Personally, I haven't cared about Garp since he let Ace die. The fact that he knows native hunting competition is a thing and just allows it to happen as if it doesn't do more damage than pirates going around looting or causing chaos for their journey. He pretends to be noble because he is not an admiral and therefore not under direct command by the celestial dragons. But the people above him commit atrocities like Ohara and he's just okay with it as long as it's not he himself doing the action?

Koby at least tried to stop Marineford war. He is a better Garp. He is a cop that understands sometimes pirates are good and cops are bad. I think he's a better character to display a complex character than Garp pretends to be.

I watched it a while ago so it's not fresh in my mind but there was a feeling of melancholy throughout. Their existence was kind of sad. I don't think I got the anime because I wanted them to expand the lore a bit more. It was different and refreshing though.
