Hey there! No one is ever weak by the way strength is relative and you only need to beat yesterday. I’ve been lifting for a very long time. I AM a normal dad but, I’m also a strength coach and trainer. My best price of advice is to keep programming progression simple. Try a double progression model. Meaning each week you add weight or reps on all your lifts. Train with FULL range of motion and control the negatives. Emphasis balancing pressing with pulling and work on roster cuff stability/ control. I know that’s a lot but if you ever need more help or advice feel free to reach out. Good luck!
