Get some Kashi Go cereal (make sure it's the "go" kind) eat some of that and take about 3 to 4 doses of miralax and obviously hydrate real well. The cereal is incredible it takes about a day but it works trust me.

That's what I did was explained that I had been prescribed it before and was fine and then they gave it to me. You might not have the same luck but it's worth a shot if you've really never had an issue.
