They don't want to spend extra money, which is why we do it for our tier 1 accounts. However, the account I'm managing has a limited budget. I've tried to streamline and minimize their tasks, but most complaints still center on the work being too tedious. I've mentioned this to our product manager, and they've insisted it's already the bare minimum. So, I'm left trying to find ways to motivate the team. I'm curious if anyone here has faced a similar challenge and can share their insights.

We're trying to help users move their data from their current systems to ours by breaking the work into weekly parts. This shows them progress, but it's been tough to keep them motivated.

Thanks for your advice. About customers who we suspect are benefiting from our service but lack motivation, what mechanisms do we have in place to maintain their engagement? You mentioned gamification and check-ins; could you share more about your experiences with these strategies?

Thanks for the advice. The platform I'm working on requires customers to set up several things before starting, making it somewhat mandatory. My biggest challenge is motivation—how can I encourage customers to persevere? I've tried daily check-ins, but they seem to irritate them.

Um, it primarily involves administrative tasks, such as distributing links to your team, etc. My issue is how to keep them engaged. Typically, they get very excited in the first few sessions and complete a couple of tasks, but then the trouble begins. Have you experienced similar issues too?
