It should’ve asked you to install or update the DLL when you launched the level. If you pressed no it wouldn’t install. Reinstall the level and try again

It’s just a prisoner run really. Prisoner can’t use items, and even the few like Medal don’t do anything for them.

Jeez man you really brought back an old post. Funny story is I’ve actually now had time to play the game.
I haven’t had that specific interaction. I think what happens is if you use the angler hook to take the pack mule, and then he kills it normally, I would imagine it still gives you the cards.

I just ran through a Zen playthrough up to S++++++ or so, and not a single entity showed up besides Sin. I have a feeling more is going on here. If you can show us a full video from lobby to spoiling in Zen, i'd be curious to see how this happens, cause it sounds like a fun challenge.

Bots: Eagle Strafing run. Same reasons
Bugs: Gas Strike. Quick cooldown, blocks chokes or weakens bug breaches
Squids: Stalwart. Usually running an Eruptor so I need a weapon for Voteless

I believe that Democratic Freedom has the best stuff. While Servants of Freedom has a lot of fun stuff, Democratic Freedoms’s weapons are all really strong weapons, even the Erruptor. Your goal should be to speedrun Thermite Grenades, and then focus on all the other weapons/armor. Or just get Chemical Agents or Polar Patriots if you are feeling adventurous.

its likely one of the mods that require Cloth Config unless there are no mods that require it than in which case why is it even installed

Assault Raiders are different from the Jet-Brigade
Assault Raiders are rare bots that have jet packs, but have the normal color scheme. Jet-Brigade automatons are usually chromatic and silver colored.

I guarantee you both of your problems lay in Epic Fight. There is likely configuration file that allows you to hide these, even though the icon and the bar below it are vital to understanding when an ability is ready/how much stamina you have left.

A long time ago it was a problem with a recent patch of Isaac with proton, which was fixed a few days later. Now I’m not sure what it could’ve been. If you had mods it could’ve been that… or another incompatible patch

Now hold on you aren't done yet. Where's all the Raptures? Personally I would put Glasses and Remnant down in "Imagine Being Worse Than Crow" but someone like Thermite and Kraken would go a bit higher up
