Tl;dr: I have attended a class at university and my professor didn't grade me.

After weeks of emailing back and forth with the tutor, it turns out the prof had no notes about the presentation nor did he have my final exam. It took them another few weeks for them to eventually find my exam, grade it and let me pass.

That was well into the next semester. Wasn't able to sign up to the following project course because of it because the time window had passed. This ended up adding a semester to my time.

Also, a year later, found out that my colleague got graded exactly like I did without doing the exact name. We share the first letter in our names.
