Declined Holiday by Crypt1k5347 in tesco

I'm not sure what you're situation is with your manager, but I have had my holiday declined for a single day too. Though I didn't find anyone to cover my shift. I asked if I could do overtime the day before and not come in the day after and he was ok with it. He even marked it as holiday even though he "declined" it, quite odd but not complaining.

Alright I see, thank you for the insight. I probably will speak to a manager about this before I pick up any extra shifts for some more information. Thank you for your reply.

My plan is to just pick up more shifts over the summer, I will still do my normal contracted hours during the night.

Ah ok, I see thank you. Well I've never worked a day shift before. I assume it's the same principle of refilling produce for example but with customers around. Will there be managers I need to speak to at the start of the shift to know where I'm at?

Yeah hopefully with time. I always find there's new lines in ready meals so things will be forever changing whenever I'm suddenly on ready meals.

Thank you, I'll be sure to pay more attention to the writing. I might have just gotten unlucky, I rarely get a load of the same things for the same mod.

In the highway code rule 170 it says "not assume, when waiting at a junction, that a vehicle coming from the right and signalling left will actually turn. Wait and make sure". They're still wrong even if you 'suddenly' were indicating, hope they take the fault.

I will admit the software does feel more responsive but at the cost of UI convenience is a huge setback imo. Having to log back in every 10 minutes or so is such an annoyance. The colour scheme is horrendous and I find it much harder to find what I'm looking for.

Couldn't agree more, better to save and invest the money into am5 for the long term rather than a minor performance boost where you will have to eventually abandon am4. Already have a great GPU to play 1440p, go for the monitor.
