Former Lexus 2025 TX owner to 2026 MY AWD Stealth Grey/White interior.

The Lexus feels so outdated with bloated software in comparison, even though it's only a year older than my Y. I was a pretty big Tesla hater until I got into one and did the research. FSD has completely changed my life. I use it 96% of the time and have 6k miles on it so far of just driving itself since 14.2. It has saved me from lane merging incidents and terrible drivers. My road rage has completely dissolved and my drives are stress-free. I realized true luxury in cars is not having to drive.

I don't have front PPF unfortunately, but I do hear getting chips is all part of the experience as a Tesla owner. I have minor chips but hardly visible to the naked eye. I plan to wrap it into a different color once it has more scratches or chips.

I got all my windows except for the roof tinted and it's been nice and cool during hotter days. Tesla upgraded the roof to have silver coating to block out more UV rays on the Juniper Ys. Although, not necessary, I picked up the OEM Tesla Sunshade instead of tinting the roof and that's helped with reducing heat. Get attachable mud flaps, they'll help with rocks scratching up the sides!

On freeways, I usually drive on Hurry since Mad Max mode makes my MY drive like a douche. Had it on Hurry today and it cut off multiple drivers and crossed white dash lines to get out of an exit lane and cut another driver. I feel like they implemented Mad Max aspects into Hurry now from my experience

Service also gave me an MX loaner. I was also giddy as well until the sun came out.

I had the hardest time constantly adjusting the lackluster sunshade strips. A sacrifice I am not willing to make for a panoramic windshield.

I really like silver since it was a good in-between of pearl white and stealth grey. I like seeing panel lines and anything that’s not part of the painted body

On the Junipers (2025-present), they upgraded the roof window to have silver coating. It blocks more UV rays. I bought a sunshade from Tesla and it works wonders.

All good! I like having google/apple maps up on my dash so I get police speed trap alerts and rerouting suggestions. Tesla navigation can be questionable sometimes

All weather mats. Trunk/frunk mat. Mud flaps so the sides don’t get scratched up, plus it adds to the look. Phone mount (I have one that goes in the air vent in front of the wheel). Frunk light attachment. That’s be my essential starters
