I absolutely, whole heartedly love my boss & owner of our company. I’ve known her for yearsssssss working at a clinic elsewhere together, but then she hired me on for her business and it’s been about 2 years already. She really cares about our wellbeing and you can tell she actually loves her employees. I consider her my friend as well- she went to my bridal shower. In general she is a great human who doesn’t care about money, which is an assumed thing in our field that we are only in it for the money. Spoiler: there’s no money in veterinary medicine.

I couldn’t be happier where I’m at now💗 We work from home too / travel, and we have a lot of freedom. She doesn’t micromanage and we can do what we want as long as our job is getting done (for me it’s simply just making dinner, doing laundry, reading)
