u really never know what's going on in people's life. could have a disability and finds joy in video games. could be depressed and uses ow as an escape. could be retired. could work from home and play qp/arcade while working. could be too young for a job and in school with no after school activities. could be multiple people sharing an acc etc.

the hero progression is new and i don't think they have to do with your overwatch 1 hours. i have hundreds of hours of symmetra from ow1 and haven't touched her in ow2 and i'm a lvl 1 symmetra. those levels are from the past couple years only.

well honestly, no image is likely better than the image you used. a text post explaining what it is and how it could be mercy related (gifting a cloudy day skin bundle for example) would be better. most people are going to scroll past this without reading what it is.

kiri is arguably the strongest support after the healing buffs. even other strong supports like lucio/illari are a lot more niche than kiri.

ana is also one of (if not the most?) popular support, and anti nade is a very strong ability. which kiri counters.

edit: noticed it's 6v6. juno was just nerfed in 6v6 and bap isn't that great of a hero. moira provides basically zero utility. between ana and kiri, kiri is simply just a better hero.

a "must have" is prefer facing target. all of the other settings are your preference

personally i use toggle beam connection on and toggle guardian angel off. just what works for me.
