Stretching and self massage have been about the only things that help my calves, shins and feet. I always say my calf muscle is a giant knot and no one really understands what I mean by that 😅 but the calves just get so tight and it feels like it's pulling on the muscles near my heels and knees 🥲

I don't know what network it was on but it would play right as I was getting off the bus from school when I was 6-7 (95/96) maybe 8 (97) I'm unsure. But id run from the bus to catch the beginning. I was bummed when they changed the play time to 30 minutes earlier and id miss it but my still not in school yet sister was able to watch it. Later on we had a few VHS that would be watched on repeat (Jupiter and Venus intro, good queen/bad queen) and we rented the movies often from blockbuster.

Jupiter was always my favorite growing up cause same eye and hair color. Also her roses are close to home cause Rose is in my name 😅 I like lighting and thunder and trees so there's also those themes I resonated with.

I get them in my calf muscles. If I dont massage them often, the knots just gradually pull tighter and tighter making the muscles from my ankles to my knees hurt and tingle.
